Dwayne Jenkins is a native New Yorker from the Bronx who has lived in Nashville since 1994. He has worked at Nashville CARES, the state’s leading HIV/AIDS Service Organization for more than 15 years. Since his employment at CARES he has volunteered for a variety of committees, as well as served on a host of local LGBT group’s Board of Directors.

Charles Nelson

Since 1989, when Charles helped to found the Minority Outreach Intervention Project (M.O.I.P.), he has worked on HIV-prevention programs for same-gender-loving men of color. Always self-identifying as gay, he developed a "down low" social categorization that has helped in devising new prevention programs for such men. Charles Nelson has dedicated his life to the health of African American same-gender-loving (SGL) men and women.

A native of Philadelphia, Lee "Treach" Wilson was always active in many community organizations starting from a young age. His mother and stepfather kept him active in basketball, football, softball leagues as well as the church choir. The skill sets he learned at a young age have carried over to his adult career making him a well-rounded community leader. Lee studied Accounting at Virginia State University and the University of Phoenix.

Earl serves as the President/CEO of the Center For Black Equity, Inc. (formerly the International Federation of Black Pride (IFBP). Earl founded the IFBP in 1999 ago as a coalition of Black Pride organizers the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and South Africa formed to promote a multinational network of LGBT Pride and community- based organizations.
