Study participants needed: Oppression and the well-being of diverse LGBQ People

Teachers College at Columbia University is currently working on a study focused on the experiences of diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and queer individuals and how these experiences may be related to well-being and are looking for participants. Participants will be asked to complete an Internet survey. In order to participate, one must:

  1.      Identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, or some other sexual minority identity.
  2.      Reside in the United States.
  3.      Be 18 years of age or older.

LGBQ people who identify with any gender identity are welcome to participate. The study is particularly interested in the experiences of LGBQ people who identify with a racial/ethnic minority group, such as American Indian/Native Americans, Asian Americans, Black/African Americans, Hispanic/Latina/o people and Multiracial people.
