Stush and Bush, two culturally rooted words, speak to class in Caribbean countries. Both characters engage in this podcast bolstering Caribbean Creole, and immersing listeners in Queeribbean vernacular, serving as a guide to the world of being both Caribbean and queer through their lived experiences coupled with queer and ethnic theories.

About the Podcasters
Kadeem came to New York CIty from Jamaica in 2013, where he attended CUNY-John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He is a Vera Fellow, a Jeannette K Watson Fellow and a NYC Urban Fellow, and has always been interested in the rights of others. Robert Wesley Anthony Taylor, Jr. is the Finance & Operations Associate for the Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life at NYU. He is passionate about spirituality, body positivity, and bounded liberation. Robert met Kadeem online and sinced reached out to advance a vision of creating more queer Caribbean spaces.
