Center for Black Equity Alabama

The Center for Black Equity Alabama is CBE’s regional affiliate hosted by The Knights & Orchids Society (TKO) based in Selma, Ala. TKO, as CBE’s regional partner, serves as a hub for our work supporting Black and POC LGBTQ+ leaders and allies across the South.

TKO strives to build the power of the TLGB community for African Americans throughout rural areas in Alabama and across the south, to obtain our dream of justice and equality through group economics, education, leadership development, and organizing cultural work.
